Experiences + Resources

We don’t have to journey alone…here are some of the resources and experiences that have helped teach me and shore me up. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.

Experiences

I started regularly attending Aurora’s Work From Home yoga classes during the pandemic when everything shut down. Her restorative yoga class keeps me grounded in the midst of chaos. If you’re looking for yoga or mindfulness resources, I would highly recommend checking this out!

WFHYOGA

This experience allowed me time and space to be nourished, connect with nature, connect with myself, and build community with some amazing people. If you are at a crossroads in your life or trying to find your way home to yourself, I can’t recommend this experience enough.
